COMPOSITION:

1 ml of the product contains API:

Gentamicin sulfate − 100 mg.

CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY:

Gentamicin belongs to aminoglycosides. It is active against gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms (E. coli, Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Enterobacter spp., Klebsiella spp., some Proteus spp. and Serratia spp., Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pasteurella multocida, Staphylococcus spp., Serpulina hyodysenteriae, Mycoplasma spp.). Gentamicin slowdowns protein production in ribosomes.

APPLICATION:

Treatment of cattle, calves, horses, foals, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs, and cats, suffered from septicemia, digestive canal disease, dermatitis, superficial abscess, arthritis, polyarthritis, meningitis, diseases of GIT, respiratory organs, genitourinary system, and skin, caused by gentamicin-sensitive microorganisms.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTARTION:

Intramuscularly at a dose:

1 ml of medicine per 20-40 kg of the weight (5-10 mg of gentamicin per 1
kg of the weight) twice a day for 3 days.

When applying large doses, it is recommended product application in two sites to improve adsorption.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not apply to the animals with hypersensitivity to gentamicin.

Do not apply to the animals with kidney failure, eye and balance disorders.

Do not apply at the same time with bacteriostatic, nephrotoxic, and ototoxic drugs or neuromuscular blocking agents.

Do not apply at the same time with aminoglycoside antibiotics.

Do not apply IV with calcium-based drugs.

Do not apply at the same time with Iron supplements and NSAIDs.

WITHDRAWAL:

Meat consumption: 7 days

Milk consumption: 3 days

Eggs – N/A

Milk and meat, received before indicated terms, must be utilized or fed to unproductive animals, depending on the conclusion of the veterinarian.

PACKAGING :

Available in glass vial 50, 100 ml.

STORAGE:

Dry dark place at a temperature from 15°C to 25 °C.

Keep out of reach of children.

After the first opening, the product is usable for 14 days under a good condition of storing in a dry dark place at a temperature from +2 to +8 °C.
