Rafoxizole is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic drug comprising rafoxanide, fenbendazole, and levamisole hydrochloride. Fenbendazole disrupts the enzyme system of worms, also leading to parasite death. Levamisole hydrochloride affects the neuromuscular system and enzyme inhibition in parasites, resulting in paralysis and death.

Rafoxizole is effective against mature trematodes, gastrointestinal and pulmonary nematodes, and certain cestodes and larvae.
