COMPOSITION :
Each ml contains:
Oxytetracycline Dehydrate………………………………………………………………………………………… 300 mg
Flunixin Meglumine………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. 20 mg
Excipients ad…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. 1 ml
INDICATIONS :
For the treatment of conditions caused by or associated with organisms sensitive to oxytetracycline including: Bordetella bronchiseptica, Actinomyces pyogenes, Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Pasteurella spp, Staphylococcus spp, Streptococcu spp, Certain mycoplasma,
rickettsiae, protozoa and Chlamydia are also sensitive to oxytetracycline. For the treatment and
control of pasteurellosis, pneumonia, atrophic rhinitis, erysipelas, joint-ill, navel-ill and pyrexia in beef, non-lactating and dairy cattle .
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE :
Deep intramuscular administration.
The recommended dosage is 1 ml per 15 kg body weight (equivalent to 2 mg/kg flunixin and 20 mg/kg oxytetracycline) on a single administration.
Additional therapy with an NSAID may be administered after 24 hours if required.
CONTRAINDICATIONS :
Use cautiously in animals younger than 6 weeks and old animals. In these cases, use this product with lower doses or under clinical supervision of a veterinarian.
Avoid using other NSAIDs concomitantly or within 24 hours of using flunixin meglumine
WITHDRAWAL TIMES :
Calves must not to be slaughtered for human consumption during the treatment. Meat : 35 days .
