COMPOSITION :

1 ml contains active substances:

Oxytetracycline (dihydrate) – 200 mg.

PHARMACOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS :

Oxytetracycline is a bacteriostatic antibiotic that acts on bacterial ribosomes, inhibiting protein synthesis. It has a broad spectrum of activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as protozoa, mycoplasma, rickettsia, and chlamydia.

APPLICATION:

For cattle, pigs, sheep, and goats:

  • Treatment of various infections such as pasteurellosis, brucellosis, pneumonia, enteritis, mastitis, and others caused by oxytetracycline-sensitive microorgan

DOSAGE:

Administer intramuscularly at a dose of 1 ml per 10 kg of body weight.

In severe cases, the dose can be repeated after 72 hours.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Hypersensitivity to tetracycline drugs.

Avoid use in animals with renal insufficiency and in the first months of life.

PRECAUTIONS:

Meat consumption is permissible 22 days after the last application, while milk consumption is allowed after 3 days (6 milkings). Ensure proper disposal of meat and milk from treated animals based on veterinary advice.

PACKAGING :

Available in glass vial, 100 ml and 250 ml.

STORAGE :

Store in a dry, dark place at temperatures between 5°C to 25°C.

Keep out of reach of children.
