COMPOSITION
Each ml contains:
Fosfomycin sodium ……………………………………… 200 mg
Excipients ad ………………………………………………… 1 ml
INDICATIONS
For the treatment of infections caused by Gram‑positive and Gram‑negative bacteria susceptible to fosfomycin, including:
Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., Pasteurella spp., Proteus spp., Haemophilus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., and Corynebacterium spp.
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE
For oral administration via drinking water.
Broilers:
The recommended dose of the active ingredient is 40 mg fosfomycin per kg body weight, equivalent to 200 mg Fosfomycin Sodium Oral Solution 20% per kg body weight, administered via drinking water for 3–5 consecutive days.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients.
SIDE EFFECTS
Gastrointestinal disturbances may occur.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Meat and offal: 7 days
Eggs: 5 days
STORAGE
Store below 30 °C. Protect from light.
SHELF LIFE
36 months.
