INDICATIONS:

Laxavet serves as an alimentary detoxificant and laxative for horses, cattle, camels, sheep, and goats.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Laxavet should be administered as a drench or via a stomach tube, accompanied by generous amounts of water.

  • Camels:
    • As an alimentary detoxificant: 200 g per head
    • For purgative action: 400 g per head
  • Cattle and Horses:
    • As an alimentary detoxificant: 200 g per head
    • For purgative action: 400 g per head
  • Calves, Sheep, and Goats:
    • Administer in proportion to body weight:
      • As a detoxificant: 1 g/kg body weight
      • As a laxative: 2 g/kg body weight

CAUTIONS:

  • For veterinary use only.
  • Do not overdose unless prescribed by a veterinarian.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources and sunlight.
  • Product is highly hygroscopic and may form lumps due to humidity, which can be easily dissolved in water when preparing the drench.
  • If properly stored, the product is valid for 36 months from the manufacturing date.
