<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gentamicin sulfate \u2013 100. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Excipients: alcohol \u2013 up to 10 g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">PHARMACOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS:<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Composition:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cephalexin Monohydrate<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Gentamicin Sulfate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Action:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cephalexin:<\/strong>&nbsp;A cephalosporin antibiotic effective against gram-positive bacteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gentamicin:<\/strong>&nbsp;An aminoglycoside antibiotic effective against gram-negative bacteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Together, they target a broad range of bacteria, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gram-positive:<\/strong>&nbsp;Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gram-negative:<\/strong>&nbsp;E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">APPLICATION:<\/span><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indication:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Treatment of acute, subacute, clinical, subclinical, chronic, and non-specific forms of infectious mastitis in cattle (cows), sheep, and goats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective during lactation for infections caused by microorganisms susceptible to the drug&#8217;s components.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">DOSAGE:<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cows:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inject the contents of one syringe tube (10 g) into the affected udder quarter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the udder is pre-washed, disinfected, and milked before injection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After injection, gently massage the udder from top to bottom for even distribution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reapply every 12-24 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sheep and Goats:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inject half of one syringe tube into the affected udder quarter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the same procedure as for cows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treatment course is 3-5 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparation:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat the syringe tube to 35-38\u00b0C in a water bath and shake vigorously to ensure a homogeneous mass before injection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>CONTRAINDICATIONS<\/strong>:<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hypersensitivity:<\/strong>&nbsp;Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to cephalexin or gentamicin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">PRECAUTIONS:<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Side Effects:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possible redness at the injection site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk of kidney failure in cases of pre-existing kidney disease or prolonged use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Milk Use:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Milk from treated animals can be used for human consumption only after 4 days from the last application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Milk before this period should be discarded or fed to unproductive animals based on veterinary advice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">PACKAGING :<\/span><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Syringe tubes (10 g)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">STORAGE:<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Conditions:<\/strong>&nbsp;Store in a dry, dark place at temperatures from 5\u00b0C to 25\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Separation:<\/strong>&nbsp;Keep separate from food, beverages, and animal feed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-2-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b9153a09123a42b41b072c840d7c97aa\"><strong>FOR VETERINARY USE ONLY!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Suspension for Intramammary Administration &lt;&lt;PREVIOUS || NEXT&gt;&gt;
