deltamethrin \u2013 0.25 mg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

PHARMACOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The active ingredient,\u00a0Deltamethrin<\/strong>, is a synthetic pyrethroid that blocks nerve impulse transmission in peripheral ganglion nerves. This action leads to the paralysis and death of ectoparasites. It is moderately toxic to warm-blooded animals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

APPLICATION :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Indications:<\/strong> Used externally to treat and prevent ectoparasite infestations in dogs and cats. Effective against fleas (Ctenocephalus canis, Ctenocephalus felis), lice (Linognathus setosus), Mallophaga (Trichodectes canis, Felicola subrostratus), itch ticks (Otodectes spp.), and parasitiforme ticks (Ixodes spp., Dermacentor pictus, Dermacentor marginatus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus, Ixodes ricinus).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Method:<\/strong> Apply externally by spraying the liquid onto the hair and skin of the animal, ensuring light moisture without soaking. Reapply every 10-14 days depending on the level of infestation.Treat the animal\u2019s resting and living areas (e.g., bedding, carpets, cracks in floors and furniture) by spraying from a distance of 30-40 cm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    DOSAGE :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • For animals:<\/strong> Spray directly onto the hair and skin, ensuring coverage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • For environments:<\/strong> Spray affected areas thoroughly from a distance of 30-40 cm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      CONTRAINDICATIONS :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Do not use on sick, exhausted, or weakened animals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Avoid use on pregnant or lactating females, animals in heat, and animals under two months of age.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Do not apply to animals with known hypersensitivity to any of the drug\u2019s components.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        PRECAUTIONS :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Avoid:<\/strong> Smoking, drinking, and eating while handling the drug.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Respiratory Protection:<\/strong> Use a respirator when treating a large number of animals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Contact Precautions:<\/strong> Prevent contact with skin, mucous membranes, and avoid ingestion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Flammability:<\/strong> Do not spray near open flames and prevent overheating of the drug.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Allergic Reactions:<\/strong> Rare reactions such as sneezing or watery eyes may occur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Post-Application:<\/strong> Wash hands thoroughly with warm water and soap after handling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
