Oxytetracycline (dihydrate) \u2013 200 mg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PHARMACOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oxytetracycline is a bacteriostatic antibiotic that acts on bacterial ribosomes, inhibiting protein synthesis. It has a broad spectrum of activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as protozoa, mycoplasma, rickettsia, and chlamydia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

APPLICATION<\/span><\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For cattle, pigs, sheep, and goats:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Treatment of various infections such as pasteurellosis, brucellosis, pneumonia, enteritis, mastitis, and others caused by oxytetracycline-sensitive microorgan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    DOSAGE:<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Administer intramuscularly at a dose of 1 ml per 10 kg of body weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In severe cases, the dose can be repeated after 72 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    CONTRAINDICATIONS<\/span><\/strong>:<\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Hypersensitivity to tetracycline drugs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Avoid use in animals with renal insufficiency and in the first months of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    PRECAUTIONS<\/span><\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Meat consumption is permissible 22 days after the last application, while milk consumption is allowed after 3 days (6 milkings). Ensure proper disposal of meat and milk from treated animals based on veterinary advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    PACKAGING :<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Available in glass vial, 100 ml and 250 ml.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    STORAGE : <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Store in a dry, dark place at temperatures between 5\u00b0C to 25\u00b0C. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Keep out of reach of children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
